The last day to register for the Medley of Roses – ARS Convention & Rose Show and for the Convention pricing at the Music City Sheraton Hotel was September 8, 2026.
Please Note Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable.
We are excited you have registered for the Medley of Roses – 2026 ARS National Convention & Rose Show to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, October 2-5, 2026.
You may include one guest on your registration until September 16, 2026. If you would like to have more than one guest, contact diane@medleyofroses.org.
Paying for your registration
* Make sure you keep copies, preferably printed and electronic, of any emails that you receive regarding the registration and payment process – they include a link to your registration information..
*If you choose to make installment payments for your the balance due, we strongly suggest that you pay in full by September 16. The Sheraton order for the box lunches and banquets will be paid for on September 18. If you have not paid in full, your meals will not be included in that order. The Sheraton assures me that meals can be added until September 25.
To pay by personal check, please send an email to diane@medleyofroses.org to let her know the check is on its way.

Convention Tee shirt size chart – Note! Remaining tee-shirts will be sold at the Nashville Rose Society booth. We are no longer selling tee-shirts as part of registration.
