IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE REGISTERING!

We are excited to have you register for the Medley of Roses – 2026 ARS National Convention & Rose Show to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, October 2-5, 2026.

NOTE: No new registrations accepted after September 8, 2026.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Ways to pay for your registration

* You have two ways to register for the Convention. Click the link below to register on-line OR print the pdf of the registration form link below and send the completed form and a check to the address on the form. You will receive two emails from Nashville Rose Society <noreply@easyreg.org> – one with your payment receipt and one to confirm your registration.

* We suggest that you keep all emails – they include a link to your registration information.

* If you register on-line, you have four options to pay. You can pay with

1) A one-time credit/debit card charge for the entire amount.

2) You can have an ACH payment (bank draft) for the entire amount.

3) You can make three payments by credit card with a $100.00 initial deposit – you may pay a deposit today and then installment payments on the balance due.

Your registration confirmation email will contain a link, Pay Invoice Now, that will take you to a secure site where you can review the invoice and complete payment.
Payment dates are determined by you but must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

4) You can pay by mailing a check

To pay with a check choose “Pay by Personal Check” to complete your registration and print out an invoice with payment details. The confirmation email will give you the amount and the address for mailing the check and copy of the invoice.

Before you start the registration process…

During the registration process, you will need to select your meal options, the NRS Bus Tour, and Convention tee shirt. Please review the information on the following links BEFORE you begin registering. If you leave the registration page during the process, it may time out.
