IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE REGISTERING! This form is to register Guests of a paid Medley of Roses Convention Attendee ONLY.

The last day to register your guest for the Medley of Roses – ARS Convention & Rose Show is September 8, 2026. Sign up soon!

We are excited to have you register your guest for the Medley of Roses – 2026 ARS National Convention & Rose Show to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, October 2-5, 2026.

Fill out this form if you would like to have more than one guest for the Friday night reception, Saturday or Sunday banquets, NRS Bus Tour, or they would like to have a tee-shirt. One guest could be included on the original attendee registration form. One additional guest may be entered on this form – enter multiple forms for multiple guests.

Has your guest made their Saturday dinner choice? Sunday banquet is buffet-style. Would your guest like to go on the NRS Bus Tour with the option of a guided tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame? Would you like to add a tee shirt to your order? If you need more information, exit this page and go to the pages on the website for more information.

NOTE: No new registrations accepted after September 8, 2026.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Ways to pay for your registration

* We suggest that you keep all emails – they include a link to your registration information.

*You have three options to pay. You can pay with

1) A one-time credit/debit card charge for the entire amount.

2) You can have an ACH payment (bank draft) for the entire amount.

3) You can pay by mailing a check.

To pay with a check choose “Pay by Personal Check” to complete your registration and print out an invoice with payment details. The confirmation email will give you the amount and the address for mailing the check and copy of the invoice.

Before you start the registration process…

During the registration process, you will need to select your meal options, the NRS Bus Tour, and Convention tee shirt. Please review the information on the following links BEFORE you begin registering. If you leave the registration page during the process, it may time out.
